Adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, self‑esteem, trauma, life transitions, and more.
COUPLES
Partners navigating conflict, communication issues, infidelity, or feeling emotionally distant.
children & TEENS
Young people struggling with anxiety, body image, school pressure, behavior changes, and family stress.
Specialties We Treat
TRAUMA
PTSD
ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
The past can linger in the body and mind. We help you gently process painful or overwhelming experiences so they feel less consuming and no longer define your daily life.
BODY IMAGE & SELF ESTEEM
Relief is possible, even if it hasn’t felt that way lately. We support you through persistent worry, low mood, burnout, or that heavy sense of feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.
ADDICTION
Coping shouldn’t have to cost you your well-being. We support you in understanding and changing substance use or compulsive behaviors that may have started as coping, even if they’re now causing harm.
Traumatic experiences can leave you feeling on edge, stuck in the past, or easily triggered by reminders. We help you understand and heal these reactions so you can feel safer, calmer, and more present in your everyday life.
MARITAL ISSUES & INFIDELITY
When trust breaks, everything can feel uncertain. We help couples navigate betrayal, broken trust, recurring conflict, and disconnection with care, honesty, and a path toward repair.
ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger often points to something that runs deeper. We help you understand what’s fueling your anger and find steadier ways to respond when you feel triggered, overwhelmed, or out of control.
COMMUNICATION & EMOTIONAL INTIMACY
When conversations spiral or shut down, closeness suffers. We help you express your needs, feel heard, and rebuild deeper emotional connection in your relationships.
Relief is possible, even if it hasn’t felt that way lately. We support you through persistent worry, low mood, burnout, or that heavy sense of feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.
RELATIONAL ISSUES
If connection feels out of reach, there’s usually a reason. We explore patterns in friendships, family, or work relationships that leave you feeling lonely, unseen, or misunderstood, and help you build healthier connections.
BOUNDARIES
Boundaries aren’t about shutting people out; they’re about showing up for yourself. We support you in learning to say no without guilt, step out of people-pleasing, and set limits that protect your wellbeing.
GRIEF & LOSS
However your grief looks, it’s valid. We hold space for you to mourn, walking with you through the pain of losing a loved one, a relationship, or a future you hoped for, at your own pace and in your own way.
MODALITIES WE USE:
We don’t believe in a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Instead, we draw from a range of evidence‑based therapies and mind–body modalities, tailoring them to your unique needs and goals.
EMDR is a structured, research‑supported approach to helping the brain process traumatic memories so they feel less intense, less “present,” and less defining of your life.
Gottman Method
The Gottman Method is a highly researched approach to couples counseling that focuses on improving communication, reducing conflict, rebuilding trust, and deepening friendship and intimacy between partners.
DBT skills focus on building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships, especially when emotions feel “too big” or overwhelming.
Sensorimotor work integrates talk therapy with gentle, body‑based awareness to help you process trauma and emotion held in the body. It can support you in feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
CBT
CBT helps you notice and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck. It’s often helpful for anxiety, depression, and everyday stress.
KETAMINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY
KAP combines the carefully monitored use of ketamine with psychotherapy to support relief from treatment‑resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma. We focus on preparation, guided experiences, and integration so insights from sessions can translate into real‑life change.
IFS views you as made up of different “parts” (like the critic, the protector, the wounded child) and a core Self that is wise and compassionate. This approach helps you heal wounded parts and develop a more integrated, compassionate relationship with yourself.
Polyvagal
Polyvagal‑informed work focuses on your nervous system, helping you understand and shift between states of safety, shutdown, and fight‑or‑flight. This can be especially powerful for trauma, chronic anxiety, and feeling “on edge” or disconnected.
PLAY THERAPY AND SAND TRAY THERAPY
For children (and sometimes adults), play and sand tray work provide a natural way to express feelings, process experiences, and practice new coping skills when words are hard to find. These approaches can be especially helpful for anxiety, behavioral concerns, and trauma in kids.
